Informações Adicionais Importantes / Aditional Important  Information</title><content type='html'>PORTUGUÊS / english&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ARRENDAMENTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;O arrendamento dirige-se principalmente a estudantes do ensino superior, podendo haver a eventualidade de arrendamento a jovens trabalhadores.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Existem duas "épocas" de arrendamento que coicidem com os semestres académicos, ou seja, em Setembro/Outubro e Fevereiro/Março. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;O arrendamento não é abrangido ou sujeito a contrato&lt;/span&gt; (caso seja necessário, para motivos de bolsa, fornece-se uma declaração de residência e de pagamento), devendo ser efectuado &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;no mínimo para um semestre&lt;/span&gt;, salvo raras excepções em poderá ser para um periodo inferior.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Os quartos são individuais, pelo que não se arrenda a casais. A situação de receber amigos/as para estes passarem uns dias na casa, mesmo que no respectivo quarto do residente, não está contemplada, sendo contudo possível mediante o aviso prévio junto do responsável da casa, a fim de controlar logisticamente a casa, assim como proceder a devidos ajustes na divisão das despesas caso seja necessário (longas estadias).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;AMBIENTE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;O ambiente multicultural é apreciado, tendo já havido residentes do Chile, Grécia, Reino Unido, Polónia, Finlândia, Estónia, Itália, Espanha e claro, Portugal. Os idiomas mais predominantes são o Português, Inglês e "Portunhol", pelo que será bom os residentes dominarem um destes.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Preza-se a tranquilidade da casa, como do restante prédio, fornecendo as condições de trabalho e relaxamento ideais e exigidas para um lar onde habitam 5 pessoas, mais os respectivos vizinhos. Jantares, Festas e Convidados são bem-vindos, desde que previamente anunciados, e que estes respeitem e não perturbem a filosofia da casa.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cada residente é responsável individualmente pela organização e limpeza do seu espaço, e todos em conjunto pelos espaços comuns. Há a possibilidade de contratar uma empregada de limpeza. Promove-se a separação de lixos e reciclagem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;português / ENGLISH&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;RENTING&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;The renting is mainly directed to university students and eventually also to young workers.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;There are 2 "seasons" for renting which coincide with the academical semesters, in September/October and February/March. The renting is not covered by a contract (however is is given a comproval related to the rent, usually needed for scholarships or supports) and should be for a&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; minimum period of a semester (5/6 months)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;The rooms are single, so they are not rentable to couples. The situation of receiving friends/family for them to spend some time at home, even if it's in the room of the person who is renting, is not considerated in general. Although, this situation can be possible by asking to the responsible with some time in advance with the purpose of controlling the logistics of the house (not having 10 people at the same time at home, etc...) as so as making some possible adjustments in the monthly bills division (water, electricity, etc) if necessary (long stays).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;HOME&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ENVIRONMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;We value a multicultural environment, having already residents from Chile, Greece, United Kingdom, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Spain, Italy and of course, Portugal. The main idioms are Portuguese, English and "Portunhol" (something between Portuguese and Spanish), so it's good that the residents are comfortable with at least one of these.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;We value the tranquility in the house, as in the rest of the building, having the ideal conditions to work and relaxation asked for a house where 5 people live, with the rest of the neighbors of the building. Dinners, Parties and Guests are welcome but have to be announced in advance to the residents (talking about "big" events), in order to respect and not disturb the others from their "routines".&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Each resident is responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of his/her own space (room, fridge and storage shells, etc) and all the residents are responsible for the comun spaces (toilets, living room, kitchen, etc). There is the possibility of having a cleaning lady for the commun spaces. É uma rua de contrastes, onde habitam várias pessoas idosas (devido à presença de lares de terceira idade) na companhia de uma (das poucas) republicas de estudantes portuenses ("Republica dos Lisos"). A proximidade com o (antigo) centro comercial STOP, agora uma casa de música embrionária, cria um movimento de cultura musical. Ao mesmo tempo, devido à vizinhança de duas escolas (liceu Alexandre Herculano e Pires de Lima) é constante ver as correntes de miúdos que desfilam quando acabam as aulas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;português / ENGLISH&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;The street of Antonio Granjo makes the connection between the two beautiful streets of Camilo and Heroísmo. At the same time, it composes the mainly residencial block with the street of Ferreira Cardoso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Antonio Granjo street is practically only residencial. It's a street of contrasts, where many old people live (due to the existence of old people's lair houses), with the company of one of the uniques typical students republic house ("Republica dos Lisos"), which is a specific style of life of portuguese faculty students. The proximity with "STOP" ( a shopping mall from the 70's), which is nowadays a house of embrionic music, where many bands get together to practise, creats a cultural and musical movement.
