Saudações!
Informamos que iremos ter quartos livres a partir de 1 de Janeiro e de 1 de Fevereiro de 2014. 

• Quarto 1 - preço 170€/mês + despesas mensais*;
• Quarto 2 - preço 170€/mês + despesas mensais*;
• Quarto 4 - preço 200€/mês + despesas mensais*;

* As despesas mensais (água, luz e gás) são a dividir pelos residentes e têm uma média entre 20 e 40€/mês. Wireless internet e TV, limpeza dos espaços comuns, toalhas de banho e lençóis de cama incluídos no preço do quarto.

As fotos presentes estão um pouco desactualizadas. A casa irá ter umas obras de manutenção (pintura e outros arranjos) este Verão, portanto assim que tivermos fotos actualizadas podemos enviar.

Greetings !
We inform that we will have free rooms from the 1st of January and 1st of February 2014:

• Room 1 - price 170€/month + monthly bills*;
• Room 2 - price 170€/month + monthly bills*;
• Room 4 - price 200€/month + monthly bills*;

* The monthly bills (water, electricity and gas) are divided between the residents and have a average between 20€ and 40€ per month. Wireless internet and TV, cleaning of comun spaces, towels for bath and sheets for bed are included in the price of the room.

The showed photos are a bit outdated. The house will have some mantenaince this Summer (painting and other details), so when we have updated photos we can send them.
