Os preços dos quartos não incluem as despesas gerais de electricidade, água e gás. Estas despesas são divididas entre os residentes da casa. Os preços da mensalidade dos quartos incluem o acesso livre à internet e TvCabo.
Verifique a lista que se segue para uma estimativa total do preço.

• Setembro a Março

- electricidade: cerca de 30€ mensais (este preço prende-se maioritariamente com o uso de aquecedores no meses frios)
- água: cerca de 10€ mensais
- gás: cerca de 5€ mensais

• Março a Julho

- electricidade: cerca de 15€ mensais
- água: cerca de 8€ mensais
- gás: cerca de 2€ mensais

The prices for the rooms don't include the general bills of electricity, water and gas. These bills are divided among the residents. The monthly price includes the free acess to internet as so as cabletv.
